VILLAGE OF DIETERICH
REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES
The Village of Dieterich is seeking assistance for Engineering Services for the construction engineering and testing of the project “Village of Dieterich ITEP Phase 4 – Pedestrian Accessibility Project”. This $1,000,000 project is funded in part by the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Illinois Transportation Enhancement Program (ITEP) and funds from the Village of Dieterich.
The project consists of constructing an ADA accessible network of sidewalks and pedestrian bridges in order for all residents and visitors to have the ability to walk or bike to the Dieterich School, parks, businesses and other residential areas safely and efficiently. The Village would like to see this project start construction in the spring of 2018.
The Village of Dieterich is soliciting qualification statements for engineering services to assist the Village with professional engineering in compliance with IDOT ITEP requirements. The agreement will be on a lump sum, fixed price basis (or cost reimbursement “not to exceed” basis), with payment terms to be negotiated with the selected Respondent.
RFQ requirement packets will be available for pick up at Dieterich Village Hall, 109 N. Main Street, Dieterich, IL. Questions should be addressed to the Village Clerk, Brittny Gipson, at 217-925-5410. Complete RFQ responses should be mailed or delivered to Dieterich Village Hall, P.O. Box 243, 109 N. Main Street, Dieterich, IL 62424 between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except holidays.
One (1) original and five (5) copies of firm’s statement of qualifications must be received no later than 11 a.m. on Friday, November 3, 2017. Please state “Village of Dieterich ITEP Phase 4 – Pedestrian Accessibility Project Qualifications Statement for Engineering Services” on the cover.
