NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning of the Village of Dieterich, Illinois, will hold a public hearing on the 30th day of September, 2019 at 6:00 P.M. at the Village Hall located at 109 North Main Street, in Dieterich, Illinois, for the purpose of hearing arguments for and against concerning the following:

 

  1. Proposed amendment to the present zoning laws to rezone real estate described as follows, to-wit:

 

Lots Three (3) and Four (4) in Block Two (2) in KRUGER’S SECOND ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE OF DIETERICH (reference made to plat recorded in Plat Book 29 page 223 in the Recorder’s Office of Effingham County), EXCEPTING THEREFROM that part thereof conveyed to the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation, by Warranty Deed dated April 4, 1989, filed for record May 20, 1989, and recorded in Book 861 page 50 in the Office of the Recorder of Effingham County, Illinois, situated in the County of Effingham and State of Illinois,
