PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that on April 30, 2018, at 6:00 p.m., there will be a public hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning of the Village of Dieterich, Illinois at Village Hall, 109 N. Main St., Dieterich, Illinois on the question of whether a petition to rezone should be granted to Brian L. & Juel M. Niemeyer the following described premises presently zoned at R-1, single family district, to R-3, multi-family.

Legal Description:

A part of Lot 3 of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11 Township 7 North, Range 7 East of the Third Principal Meridian (reference made to the plat recorded in Plat Book 29 page 158 in the Recorder’s Office of Effingham County, Illinois) more particularly described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the South line of said Section 11, which is 1379.50 feet West of the Southeast corner of said Section 11; thence North a distance of 169.00 feet; thence West parallel with the South line of said Section 11, a distance of 100.00 feet, thence South a distance of 169.00 feet to the South line of said Section 11, thence East along the South line of said Section 11, a distance of 100.00 feet to the point of beginning; situated in the Village of Dieterich, County of Effingham and State of Illinois.  Also described as the East 100 feet of Tract A as shown in the survey dated March 7, 1974, attached to the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 667 page 242 of the Effingham County, records.
